I am a writer, performer and Ensemble Member of the Factory Theater in Chicago. During the past three years, I have produced two short plays ("Therapy, Schmerapy" and "Hard Boiled Popeye") as well as two full-length plays. My first play "The Gray Girl" was the #1 Critics' Pick in Time Out Chicago in November, 2011. My second play, "Street Justice: Condition Red" appeared on the Factory Theater stage in November, 2013, garnering another Critics' Pick from TimeOut Chicago as well as other positive press.
My essay on Joseph Dalton Hooker was published in "The Who, The What and The When: 65 Artists Illustrate The Sidekicks of History" in October, 2014. My task was to research and write an essay to be published in the book. I chose to write about Joseph Dalton Hooker, who was Charles Darwin's best friend. The essay details his life and influence that helped secure his best friend's rightful place in history. More about this and my other work on my Behance profile:

I participate in writing contests with local theaters, submit stories online through websites like Inkitt and try to find as many places to write as I can. I am currently working on more fiction, including horror radio plays, more ghost stories, undead erotic comedies in the zany worlds of the supernatural and other action-oriented fiction.
